We're constantly making updates to improve our AI experience for end users and Alive5 admins. Here are the latest enhancements:

• Allow user to ask follow up questions - text area stays open to allow user to ask follow up questions.

• A.I. Conversations - based billing We've switched from per-response to per-session billing. Now, you can have multiple AI interactions in one chat session for a single charge. Rate: $1 per conversation session (previously $1 per individual AI response)
• A.I. Conversations Reporting - see how many A.I. Conversations by date range.

• New FAQ Bot Interface - cleaner UI which allows you to toggle on/off “Allow user to ask follow-up questions” feature.

Team Chat now supports threaded replies, transforming how your team communicates. Previously limited to single-threaded conversations, you can now create focused sub-discussions by replying directly to specific messages.

This new feature enables multiple parallel conversations within a single channel, dramatically reducing confusion in busy threads. Instead of watching important discussions get buried in a stream of messages, teams can now organize conversations by topic, making it easier to follow relevant discussions and maintain context.

Once you’re in the sub-thread, you can write a message:

Whether you're discussing project updates, brainstorming ideas, or addressing quick questions, threaded replies keep conversations organized and accessible for everyone involved.

But wait, there's more updates to Team Chat:

• Delete message
• Upload attachment
• Search messages

For all users, a new icon now appears in the Alive5 desktop console. This links to our roadmap, announcements, and also feature suggestions. Here's where you'll get the latest updates on Alive5 - new features, bug fixes, and ability to suggest new ideas to our development team.

Our goal for 2024 is to provide something that's been long missing in Alive5 - user content! With these new customer resources, you'll get much more usage out of Alive5.

• Roadmaps - Check out what features or bug fixes we're working on. Click on 'Status' above to view items in a Kanban-style view. We're constantly updating this based on your feedback. Feel free to add a suggestion and even vote on any existing item to increase the priority for release.

• New Support Portal (support.alive5.com) - our new support section has been revamped using an awesome documentation and writing tool called Notion.so.
